- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por extemporáneo el recurso de súplica propuesto por el ciudadano Alexander Alberto Iguarán Uriana contra el Auto del 8 de agosto de 2025, proferido por la magistrada Paola Andrea Meneses Mosquera, por medio del cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada contra el Decreto 482 de 2025 "por el cual se establece el régimen transitorio, se dictan normas fiscales y demás necesarias y se imparten instrucciones a las entidades del Gobierno nacional para la puesta en funcionamiento, con fines político-administrativos del territorio indígena de la Zona Norte Extrema de la Alta Guajira (Wuinpumüin)". Esto, por no cumplir con el requisito de oportunidad.
